The sex tape of Hoang Thuy Linh and her boyfriend which was filmed on Thuy Linh's cellular phone cam has caused outrage across Vietnam

Basically what happened was the boyfriend lent his computer to a friend, the friend found the sex tape on the computer and posted it online for the world to see.
